Welcome, reader! I do a money monthly progress report on Instagram about my debt-free journey. I’ve been doing progress report since January 2024, but in August I decided to expand more about it on my blog.
Not much has changed since my last monthly report, but I did sit down to see what I could change up and updated how much I’m saving for my short-term goals and decided to ramp up my savings for my Snowball fund.
Because I’ve been consistently paying $100 towards my personal loan, I decided to rollover my old minimum payments to my savings account so that I could earn some interest. But because I want to get small wins, every time I save $1000, I’ll use it to pay off the debt. It’ll be slow progress, but at least it’ll give me the dopamine hit my ADHD needs.
For extra income, I surprisingly earned some extra cash in unexpected ways.
I got a payout from Epic Games because my Creator Code was used for Fortnite, so thank you to those random gamers. (Creator Code: JEM if you’re on the Epic Game platform)

Finally, my goal for this month is to finally complete my media kit, my UGC portfolio, and plan a better content strategy, so look out for my upcoming posts. As a lifestyle content creator, I want to start reviewing the products and services I use in my everyday life. That includes any beauty products, what tools I’m using for personal finance, show off my latest glasses, reviews on books, video games, TV, and so much more.
